Meet Our Appraisers

Dave is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and has extensive experience appraising multifamily properties since 1999. His primary specialized experience includes completing valuations, rent studies and feasibility analyses for a variety of conventional and affordable multifamily projects according to HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and state housing finance agency requirements. Dave has received consistent praise for his ability to tackle the most complex appraisal problems. Dave lives in New Castle County, DE with his wife and three sons. Dave is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Augie, a member of the Appraisal Institute, has been appraising multifamily properties since 1992. His primary specialized experience includes completing valuations, rent studies and feasibility analyses for a variety of conventional and affordable multifamily projects according to HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, community bank and state housing finance agency requirements. Augie’s attention to detail and thorough research are crucial to producing credible multifamily appraisals.  Augie and his wife, Susie have three adult children and two grandchildren. Augie is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
